Yes — completely offline. All data is stored locally on your device using a built-in database. Create invoices, record cash and bank payments, browse customers and products without any internet. Card payments and ERP sync require internet at that moment, but everything else works offline.
No — the app works standalone for basic invoicing and cash payments. You only need a NAQIX ERP account to unlock card payments, unlimited invoices, and cloud sync. ERP accounts come with a 6-week free trial, no credit card required.
When you tap "Charge Card", the app opens a secure native payment sheet. Your customer enters their card details (or uses Apple Pay / Google Pay). The card is charged immediately and the funds settle to your registered bank account within 1–2 business days. Accepts Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
All GCC currencies (AED, SAR, OMR, KWD, QAR, BHD) plus USD, EUR, GBP, INR, and many more. Set a default currency for your business and invoice in any currency you need.
Both apps have the same core features. NAQIX Invoice is the officially branded NAQIX product — its paid features are tied to a NAQIX ERP subscription. Falkon Billing is a standalone brand with its own independent pricing plans (Free, Silver, Gold) and doesn't require a NAQIX ERP account for paid features.
The app interface is currently in English. Arabic invoice templates are coming soon. You can already enter Arabic customer names and item descriptions as free text, and they'll appear correctly in the PDF.
